About this file
This document contains a draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related Situation Summary Report and RESET Production Report templates for an H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for contractors to submit weekly Situation Summary Reports in Microsoft Excel format detailing the status of aircraft, including tables for planned and completed maintenance tasks. For aircraft undergoing RESET, contractors must also submit RESET Production Reports in the government template with estimated completion dates. Initial reports are due with contractors' responses to induction packages for each aircraft, and updated reports must be provided within five days of maintenance evaluations and then weekly. Submissions will be emailed to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific production and business operations teams.
