The Electrical Contract includes installation of new electrical service, internet services, site lighting, communications systems, grounding systems, emergency generator installation, and ventilation system controls. The Mechanical Contract covers HVAC systems, instrumentation and controls, building automation systems, and mechanical connections to contractor-furnished equipment. Each contractor is responsible for its own temporary facilities, waste disposal, tool security, and progress cleaning, while the General Contractor bears responsibility for temporary heating, cooling, ventilation, sediment and erosion control, stormwater management, and overall project coordination including scheduling, quality assurance, and record documentation.
