About this file
This document is a B60 Price Schedule for a federal contract opportunity involving repairs and renovations at a Production Facility. The price schedule includes a comprehensive list of 12 line items covering various aspects of work, with Line Item 1 serving as the base price for the entire project. The base price encompasses multiple categories of work including structural/architectural repairs, fire protection, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, civil earthwork, utilities, site improvements, demolition, hazardous materials management, and equipment removal.
The contract includes 11 optional line items with predetermined government-estimated prices, such as furniture and equipment (Option Item 1 at $233,363), industrial equipment procurement/installation (Option Item 2 at $1,695,370), and additional specialized work like electronic security systems, wood window repairs, annex repairs, and communication service routing. The government reserves the right to award optional line items within 365 calendar days after the contract award, with the total contract completion time set at 548 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Pricing is firm-fixed, with no provisions for economic price adjustments, and the award will be based on the total sum of Line Item 1.

GENERAL BID NOTES
a. Award will be made on the total sum of Line Item 1.
b. The Government reserves the unilateral right to award Line Items 6through 12 to the Contractor at the proposed price within 365 calendar days after the contract award. A firm fixed proposed price is required for Line Items 2 through 12. No provision is made for economic price adjustment. If Line Items 6 through 12 are exercised, the contract completion date remains 548 calendar days from the notice to proceed. If Option 3 is exercised, 40 days will be added to the contract completion date.
c. Evaluation of Options (JUL 1990). Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) Evaluation not to be in the Government's best interest, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the price for the Option(s) to the total price for Line Item 0001. In accordance with FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options, evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the Option(s).
d. The Government may reject an offer as non-responsive if it is materially unbalanced as to prices for the basic requirement and the option quantities. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices which are significantly overstated for other work.
e. If any of Line Items 2 through 12 are exercised, additional bonding and consent of surety is required.
Consequently, the Performance Bond must reflect 100 percent of the aggregate amount of all Items.
