About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) is for ship repair services for the USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), specifically a Dry Shipyard Repair Availability (DSRA) managed by the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC). The contractor is required to provide an Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) within five calendar days of contract award, with subsequent submissions every 30 days until the availability start. Key requirements include attending work package integration conferences, conducting final ship-checks, coordinating with Work Integration Managers, supporting early start periods, ordering long lead time materials, and submitting schedules to integrate with the project timeline. The contract has established key dates of Contractor Work Start on 7/21/2026 and Contractor Work Completion on 6/20/2028, with work to be accomplished within the specified Period of Performance.

The CDRL specifies that the contractor must use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documentation, support various conference and review events, and follow specific NAVSEA Standard Items and Local Standard Items for Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026. The document requires electronic submission of work schedules to specific points of contact at SRF-JRMC, with distribution authorized to DOD components and contractors. The contractor must prepare for the ship availability by ordering materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring work can be integrated without causing work stoppages, with a focus on structural materials and equipment preparation.
