About this file
This is a References attachment from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Request for Proposal No. BPM006391 for Registry Staffing Services at the Arizona State Hospital. The procurement seeks to contract with staffing providers capable of supplying Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) on an as-needed basis. The hospital anticipates a primary need for approximately twenty (20) Registry BHTs per shift across all operational shifts. ADHS intends to award multiple contracts to ensure an adequate candidate pool and does not guarantee specific service volumes. The RFP response deadline was March 10, 2025, with the solicitation issued on February 24, 2025, covering services in Maricopa County, specifically the Phoenix jurisdiction.
SnapMedTech, Inc., operating as SnapCare, submitted this attachment as their professional references section. The company provided three verifiable references demonstrating substantial experience in healthcare staffing: the Colorado Department of Human Services (contract active since 2022 providing CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to mental health hospitals, long-term care facilities, regional centers, and youth services with an estimated contract value of $93,657,245); the California Department of Public Health (ongoing since October 2020 providing temporary clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and testing sites with an estimated value of $846,582,061); and the Florida Department of Health (active since August 2021 providing RNs and LPNs for school health services and COVID-19 response operations with an estimated value of $132,439,428). These references collectively demonstrate SnapCare's capability to meet ADHS requirements across multiple states and healthcare settings.
