1 In ART Block Laundry room, the drawing calls for a laundry tub to be fixed on a metal stand (AR - 004). However, there is no sectional view or detail given about this laundry tub. Please clarify.
Please see attached revised sheet AR-005 for laundry trough and metal stand details. Fix laundry trough to metal stand securely. Dimensions may vary according to dimension of laundry trough available on the market.
Submit for approval through the submittal process.
2 In the Delivery room of Delivery Block, detail D5 (AR-011) calls for the use of magnesium board on existing concrete wall element. The existing ceramic wall tile on the same wall is to remain as per Engineer's answer to RFI 00008. The location shown in the plan is at a short space of the wall (please refer to attached picture showing existing location in the room). We reguest your approval to omit the use of the magnesium board.
Proposal is acceptable. Install new ceramic tiles at referenced portion of the wall to match existing. Note comments from RFI-00008 response, attached.
