The services include operation and maintenance of a soil vapor extraction (SVE) system, groundwater monitoring for volatile organic hydrocarbons (VOH) and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), quarterly remedial action summary statements (RASS), project management, and a shutdown evaluation of the SVE system. TACO 2 establishes the base compensation at $63,009.18 for a 245-day period extending from February 28, 2025 to October 31, 2025, comprising $54,369.18 in labor and services costs plus $8,640.00 in utilities on a cost-plus fixed fee basis.
