2.2 Collect groundwater elevation measurements from up to 25 monitor wells.

2.3 Collect groundwater samples from the following monitor wells:

i. Shallow zone: MW001S, MW002S, MW006S, MW007S and MW008S.

ii. Intermediate zone: MW006I, MW008I, MW010I and MW011I.

iii. Deep zone: MW005D, MW008D, MW010D, MW012D and MW010DD.

2.4 Submit groundwater samples to a NELAC-approved laboratory for analysis of VOHs via EPA Method 8260.

2.5 Development of a Groundwater Monitoring Report showing current groundwater elevation map, current groundwater data, and conclusions and recommendations.

2.6 The investigative derived waste (IDW) generated during the annual groundwater monitoring is limited to purge water from the monitoring wells which will be containerized in a 55-gallon drum pending waste characterization and transported off-site for disposal at an approved facility.
