Technical Support for Areas at Risk Due to Sea Level Rise
Description: Taylor will select and contract with an Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) that meets the Department’s minimum standard for service as described in Attachment A. A preexisting contract may be used if in accordance with minimum standards described in Attachment A. Taylor will host the SLIP web application previously created for the Department and perform monthly corrective and/or preventative maintenance activities to ensure functionality and connectivity between data sources. Taylor will coordinate and monitor web hosting services, as per Attachment

Taylor will also provide support to the department as needed for the new Areas at Risk Due to Sea Level Rise feature on the SLIP tool.
Taylor does not guarantee the reliability of the servers on which live external data is hosted, such as the Department, NOAA, FEMA, USACE, or other authoritative source. Taylor will contact the external data source to correct issues in a timely manner but cannot guarantee that the data connection will be resolved within the “time to repair” limits stated in Attachment A if the issue is caused by the external data source. Taylor will add a read-only user account to the SLIP database and provide login information to the Department for access to the raw data.
