About this file
This is a Task Assignment Change Order Form submitted to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) by Taylor Engineering, Inc. The change order documents a time extension for the Sea Level Impact Projection (SLIP) Study project, with FDEP Contract Number CN335, Task Assignment Number TA10, and Project Number R2144. The change order was processed and approved by FDEP personnel including Budget Representative Lisa Yarborough, Project Manager Whitney Gray, Contract Manager Jeffrey Whitfield, and Contract Authority Alex Reed on July 30, 2021.
The change order extends the task execution timeline by 31 days to complete critical licensing and copyright components for Subtask 7 of the SLIP Study project. The original task end date of July 30, 2021 was extended to August 30, 2021. This is a time-only extension with no change to the task amount; the total task amount remains $198,285.81, consisting of $3,000.00 in reimbursement and $195,285.81 in fixed fees. The extension was requested by Taylor Engineering's consultant representative Angela Schedel to allow completion of technical system documentation and licensing agreement deliverables that could not be finalized by the original deadline. The change order was funded through FDEP's FLAIR code allocation for the project.

Sarah, As requested by DEP, we are asking for a time extension for subtask 7 of the SLIP Study project, TA #10, Project #R2144, Contract #CN335. Our current TA is set to expire on 7/30/21, and we believe an extension of 31 days is sufficient time to finish this subtask.
Best, Angela

Whitney, Since you are out of the office tomorrow, I wanted to check in with you and see if your team has accepted the deliverables which are due tomorrow. Our billing specialist, Bonnie, is out of the office tomorrow, and we would prefer to send the invoice today. However, last month our invoice arrived before the deliverables were complete and that caused a few headaches. Alternately, we can send the final invoice on Monday when Bonnie is back in the office.
The deliverables due tomorrow, July 30th, are:
Task 5 (re tasked) deliverables SLIP web application User Acceptance Test (UAT) test scenarios and discrepancy corrections Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Task 7 deliverables Technical system documentation Licensing agreement
Thank you.
Angela
