Dear Ms. Gray:
As discussed, Cummins Cederberg, Inc. (Cummins Cederberg) is pleased to present this task request under CN330 signed on July 28, 2016 for environmental consulting services relative to the development of a Living Shoreline Permitting Database Support including QA/QC and outreach for additional data.

Additionally, Cummins Cederberg would like to provide the Client with a living shoreline design handbook that would include conceptual sections of various styles of living shoreline appropriate for various FDEP District, permitting checklists, and cost estimating tools. As this Project proceeds and based upon communication with the Client, additional scoped tasks may be offered for consideration.
For your review, Cummins Cederberg has provided the attached proposal scope and level of effort documentation for the subtasks identified below:
• Subtask 1- Living Shoreline Database & QA/QC
