About this file
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. CN330 is a renewal and modification agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Cummins Cederberg, Inc., an architectural and engineering firm located at 7550 Red Road, Suite 217, South Miami, Florida 33143. The original agreement was executed on July 28, 2016, and this amendment extends the professional services contract relationship between the state agency and the consultant.
The amendment renews the agreement for an additional five-year period commencing July 28, 2021, and extending through July 28, 2026, during which both parties shall continue to perform their respective duties under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. The document incorporates updated public records requirements as Attachment J and replaces compliance certifications regarding scrutinized companies, including provisions addressing boycotts of Israel and business operations in Sudan, Iran's petroleum energy sector, Cuba, and Syria, with enhanced scrutiny applied if the agreement value exceeds one million dollars. All other existing terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in effect, with amendment provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistencies between the original agreement and this amendment.
