About this opportunity
Georgia Southern University, a unit of the University System of Georgia, is issuing an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) for Digital Marketing Services through a state procurement process authorized under the State Purchasing Act. The procurement seeks to establish a contract with multiple qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive digital marketing capabilities, including live email marketing campaigns with matchback display, online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM) with retargeting, streaming TV marketing services, traditional and produced video advertising, and a reporting dashboard for campaign tracking. The eRFQ is structured as a one-year contract with potential for four optional yearly renewals, beginning immediately after the protest period. Responses are due by May 13, 2025, with the contract applicable to Georgia Southern University and potentially other state institutions, colleges, and agencies upon approval. The procurement process aims to create a supplier pool from which the university can obtain quotes and make purchases while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
While no specific set-aside designations or restrictions on respondent types are explicitly stated, the procurement appears open to multiple digital marketing service providers capable of meeting the specified technical requirements. The contract does not guarantee a specific purchase volume, functioning instead as a flexible procurement mechanism for digital marketing services. No incumbent vendors are mentioned, and no specific infrastructure integration requirements are outlined. The document does not specify a precise budget range or award value, indicating that pricing and scope will be determined through the competitive quote process. The resulting contract will be available for use by other State of Georgia institutions, subject to approval from the awarded suppliers, the University System of Georgia, and the Department of Administrative Services, suggesting a potentially broad implementation of the selected digital marketing service providers.
