About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation N4008524R2785 for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Small Business Multiple Award Construction Contract for general construction projects at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. The amendment provides site visit information (scheduled for March 6, 2025 at 1300 EST at Building 1005, Camp Lejeune), incorporates PPI responses clarifying that the contracts will be for Design-Bid-Build projects only (no Design-Build), and includes an Asbestos Inspection Report and Electrical Room drawing.
The amendment also revises Factor 1 Corporate Experience language to specify that at least one relevant project (either new construction or renovation) must demonstrate experience with a final construction cost of at least $10 million, and modifies Factor 4 Past Performance language regarding CPARS evaluations and PPQ requirements. Additional clarifications include: no contractor-provided commissioning agent is required though contractors must submit necessary reports, no hazmat survey is required for the seed project, and a Telecommunication QC Specialist will be required. The solicitation remains a total small business set-aside.
