Will the GOVT confirm that the requirements of Section 2 were completed in full with record comment Laid Up Cold Stacked? Will the GOVT provide a copy of the procedures submitted to ABS IAW Section 2/1 of reference 2.1 as part of the shipcheck? ANSWER 042 Section C:

No, there is no known list of degraded equipment other than the equipment listed in the individual work specifications.

We did provide former name, IMO number, builder, builder's hull number and delivery date of Sept 9, 2015. (First 5 year special survey would be in 2020. Already in Lay Up?). Now the question is what is its ABS classification status. ABS has requested the original ABS Class number for the vessel in order to respond to our request for proposal. Please provide the ABS

Class number for original certificates. Has the government informed ABS of where Vessel is? Is the vessel due for its 5 year special survey, and if so is that a part of the work scope. Would the government please properly address the anchor chain/ anchors preservation in the

Paint Schedule in order to obtain a quote from the correct Paint Manufacturer?

In addition, will the government please specify which is the minimum surface preparation standard acceptable for the less than 4 FT2 New and disturbed areas?

ANSWER 051 Work Item 581-11-001:

Yes, PM 390-563 Rev-A refers to minimum surface preparation standard acceptable for new and disturbed areas. PM390-563 Rev-A has been added to all work items in Errata 1 where preservation for each new and disturbed surface is required.

QUESTION 052 Section L:

SERMC Technical Library is unable to provide Reference 2.1(14319447-1, Service Manual).

This reference is critical during the estimating process and for the accomplishment of the tunnel thruster repair.
