Page 412 Section 3.3.2 Please clarify the specific insulation material used for Exposed ECS duct, Rectangular and Round.
Per drawing details on M-610, M-611, M-612, and general note 34 on M-101, the duct insulation is to be 3" thick rigid phenolic, Superwool 607 HT (high temperature), or equal.
15 Page 400 Section 2.2.1.4 Is there Phenolic Insulation as mentioned in this section for High temperatures?
Superwool 607 HT, or equal. This is for high temperature applications.
17 I Series Drawings Per I-537 drawing cable legend please provide cable type and manufacture for part number 29502.
Cable is a four conductorR, #12, Belden part number 29502 0005
19 Access Ladder The access ladder does not have any details. Is this ladder to be standard un-caged access ladder?
Yes, the access ladder is an un-caged ladder similar to the current existing ladder.
Ref: I 702 and 703 Is the location for the new MIL-Spec connectors added to the enclosures a firm fixed location or is there flexibility in the locations? (ref sheets I-702 and I-703)
Yes the locations are flexible as constructability is the major factor in the connector locations. All connector relocations will need to be submitted in shop drawings for review
Sheet 1-702 Details for
RIO 3
On Sheet I-702 the right side detail for RIO 3 does not reflect existing conditions and cannot be located as indicated. Should these be moved to the top of the enclosure?
Yes. Locations can be adjusted as needed and shall be submitted in shop drawings.
1-207 I-207 indicates Panel 35441 to be replaced and remains with modifications. Please confirm this is to be an entirely new enclosure with functionality as described on I-301 note C and I-302 note D and just reusing the enclosure number "35441" for the new panel.
Concur, new panel enclosure as described in drawings panel number being reused.
Drawing M-402, Note A, Note M-405 Note B
Is the contractor to use the existing supports on reloacted humidifiers? Is the same type of supports to be used on the new humidifiers? Note: No support details for humidifiers are shown on drawings.
If an existing humidifier is being relocated to the same location, then the existing support system may be re-used. Otherwise provide a new support system as indicated on the Humidifer Support Detail on drawing M-614 Detail MBW.

Specifications We were unable to locate a specification for the cleanliness of the existing duct/removed and moved duct for this project. Are there specifications for this?
The ductwork is to be left in a "Generally Clean" condition as indicated on drawing M-101, Note 16 and Note 24. Also refer to spec section 23 00 00, 3.11 for vacuum clean and wipe clean.
M-318 thru M-329 We have unable to locate an insulation specification for the duct work in the tunnel The insulation for the double wall ductwork in the tunnel shall be 3" thick phenolic, Superwool 607 HT or equal, as indicated on drawing M-611.
