B.3 PROJECT DELIVERABLES (JAN 2018)
Contract deliverables (manuals, reports, plans, and other written documentation) to be provided under this contract are identified in Section J, Attachment J-A, Project Deliverables. The costs associated with providing the data in Attachment J-A are included in the firm-fixed price of the awarded contract. Nothing contained in Attachment J-A shall relieve the Contractor from furnishing data called for by, or under the authority of, other provisions of this contract, which are not identified and described in Attachment J-A.
SECTION L – INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICE TO OFFERORS OR RESPONDENTS

L.9 FAR 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) – ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995)
(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
(b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for June 16, 2020. The prime offeror (contractor) shall submit a list of personnel attending the site visit, to include prime contractor attendees and subcontractor attendees. Attendees with NASA/KSC badges must also be included on the list and identified as having a valid NASA/KSC badge. Individuals not included on the list may not be allowed to participate in the site visit. The list shall be provided to the Contracting Officer at Christopher.m.williams@nasa.gov prior to 2:00pm on June 12, 2020.
(c) Participants will meet at:
Launch Complex 39B (From the KSC Badging Office, head East on the NASA Parkway into Kennedy Space Center past the first guardhouse. Stay in the furthest right lane. Take first exit off of NASA Parkway onto Kennedy Parkway (SR3) heading North (left turn from exit). Follow Kennedy Parkway North to Saturn Causeway. Head East (right hand turn) on Saturn Causeway to Pad B drive. Follow Pad B drive out to pad B. Parking lot is located to the right of Pad B drive before entering pad B.)
To get to the KSC Badging Office: Take S.R. 405 east from U.S. Highway 1. Go past the KSC Visitor Complex. Badging Office is located on the right side of the road before KSC Gate 3.
(d) In an effort to maintain groups of less than 10 people, site visit attendance is limited to two representatives from each prospective prime offeror and two per subcontractor. To attend the site visit, each attendee must fill out and submit (in advance of the site visit) the following badge request forms:

(f) Badge Request Form Due Date: June 9, 2020.
(g) Badge requests received after the due date will not be considered (Be advised that badge requests may be rejected for failure to fill in all the required information: names, titles, SSNs, citizenship, etc). BADGES WILL BE PROVIDED TO U.S. CITIZENS ONLY. RESIDENT ALIENS
AND FOREIGN NATIONALS WILL NOT BE BADGED FOR ACCESS TO KSC.
(h) Site visit participants will be responsible for:
- Providing their own transportation
- Bringing two (2) forms of identification with them to the Badging Office (A list of acceptable forms of identification is provided as Section L Appendix 2)
- Picking up badges BEFORE THE SITE VISIT at the KSC Badging Office (Take S.R. 405 east from U.S. 1. Go past the KSC Visitor Complex. Badging Office is located on the right side of the road before KSC Gate 3). KSC Badging Office hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00A.M. to 3:00P.M. It is recommended you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the site visit to obtain badges.
- Establishing a Lenel Pin in order to gain “To be Escorted” access to the restricted LC-39B area at the KSC Badging Office.
- Picking up a Safety Badge from the KSC Badging Office.
- Reporting to the site visit
- Providing a hard hat, closed toed safety shoes, and long pants.
- Providing a traffic safety vest
- Wearing a cloth face covering that covers the mouth and nose (i.e. N95 mask, disposable mask, medical mask, handmade etc.)
(i) Visitors on KSC are allowed to possess and use photographic equipment and materials EXCEPT IN CONTROLLED AREAS. At the site visit meeting you will be notified as to the current status of the area. Visitors are advised that pictures of KSC or Cape Canaveral Air Force Station entry badges, security police activities, and staffed entry control points cannot be taken on KSC and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
(j) The site visit is expected to last 2 hours.
(k) Due to COVID-19 and CDC guidelines, a specific time and group number will be provided to each attendee. Attendees are required to follow the guidelines set forth by CDC and all Florida Executive Orders, which include but are not limited to social distancing, wearing a cloth face covering, and gathering in groups of not more than 10 people. Attendees shall maintain a minimum distance of six (6) feet apart from each other. Individuals flying in to the site visit must review the executive order for Airport Screening and Isolation:
