This Report of Analysis contains the analytical result(s) for the sample(s) listed on the Sample Summary following this Case Narrative. The sample receiving date is documented in the header information associated with each sample.
All results listed in this report relate only to the samples that are contained within this report. Where sampling is conducted by the client, results relate to the accuracy of the information provided, and as the samples are received.
Sample receipt, sample analysis, and data review have been performed in accordance with the most current approved The NELAC Institute (TNI) standards, the Pace Analytical Services, LLC ("Pace") Laboratory Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Pace policies. Additionally, the DoD QSM version 5.4 has been followed for these samples. Any exceptions to the TNI standards, the Laboratory Quality Manual, SOPs, the DoD QSM, or policies are qualified on the results page or discussed below.

Per client request, '-20221019' was removed from the sample IDs.
Dilutions greater than 5X impact the surrogate recoveries, thus negating their usefulness concerning quality control. The sample results are reported and no corrective action is required.
Volatiles The method blank for analytical batch 58765 contained analyte: Naphthalene greater than the acceptance criteria. The associated samples did not contain detections for the target analyte; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. The data has been reported.
The method blank for analytical batch 60222 contained analytes: Hexachlorobutadiene, Naphthalene, 1,2,3-Trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene greater than the acceptance criteria. The associated samples did not contain detections for the target analytes; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. The data has been reported.
Reanalysis of the following samples was performed outside of the analytical holding time for Acetone which failed below CCV criteria in the first analysis: XJ20063-001, XJ20063-002, XJ20063-003, XJ20063- 004, XJ20063-005, XJ20063-006, XJ20063-007, XJ20063-008. All data has been reported.
Anions The following samples were analyzed outside of analytical holding time for Nitrate and Nitrite: XJ20063- 002, XJ20063-003, XJ20063-004, XJ20063-006, XJ20063-007. All samples were also reanalyzed at a dilution and all data has been reported.
The LCS/MS/MSD associated with batch 59584 had Nitrate recovered below the acceptance limits. This demonstrates a low bias on analytical results. Results for this compound in the samples associated with this batch should be considered estimated.
The LCS/MS/MSD associated with batch 59585 had Nitrite recovered below the acceptance limits. This demonstrates a low bias on analytical results. Results for this compound in the samples associated with this batch should be considered estimated.
TOC
The following samples were analyzed outside of analytical holding time due laboratory error: XJ20063-
003, XJ20063-004, XJ20063-006, XJ20063-007.
Dissolved Gases The method blank associated with batches 58888, 60980 had Methane detected at a concentration that was above the MDL but below the PQL. All samples associated with this method blank that have detections for Methane have been flagged with a "B”.
The LCS/LCSD associated with batch 58888 had Methane recovered above the acceptance limits. This demonstrates a high bias on analytical results.
Reanalysis of the following sample was performed outside of the analytical holding time for Methane which failed above CCV, LCS, LCSD and method blank criteria in the first analysis: XJ20063-007. All data has been reported.
The following samples required a dilution for methane which was performed outside of the analytical holding time: XJ20063-002, XJ20063-003, XJ20063-004, XJ20063-006. All data has been reported.

Metals The MS/MSD associated with sample XJ20063-002 had Iron recovered outside of the acceptance limits.
The LCS was recovered within the required acceptance limits; therefore, this demonstrates a matrix effect and data quality is not impacted.
