Volatiles The method blank for analytical batch 60222 contained analytes: hexachlorobutadiene, naphthalene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene greater than the acceptance criteria. The associated samples did not contain detections for the target analytes; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. The data has been reported.
The method blank for analytical batches 59990, 60581 contained analyte: hexachlorobutadiene greater than the acceptance criteria. The associated samples did not contain detections for the target analyte;
therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. The data has been reported.
The laboratory control sample (LCS) for analytical batch 60214 exceeded acceptance criteria for the following analyte: acetone. This analyte was biased high and were not detected in the samples affected.
The MS/MSD associated with sample XJ15008-006 had compounds recovered outside of the acceptance limits. The LCS was recovered within the required acceptance limits; therefore, this demonstrates a matrix effect and data quality is not impacted.
The following samples required a dilution which was performed outside of the analytical holding time:
XJ15008-003, XJ15008-004. The samples did not have an ending CCV associated with the first analysis and all data has been reported.
The following sample required a dilution which was performed outside of the analytical holding time:
XJ15008-007, XJ15008-017. All data has been reported.
Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside the upper control limit: XJ15008-011. This sample did not contain any target analytes; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis was not performed.
Reanalysis of the following samples was performed outside of the analytical holding time due to a high surrogate failure in the first analysis: XJ15008-008, XJ15008-009, XJ15008-012, XJ15008-014. The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with analytical batch 59990 recovered outside acceptance criteria, low biased, for Acetone. All data has been reported.
Reanalysis of the following samples was performed outside of the analytical holding time due to missing ending CCV during the first analysis: XJ15008-006, XJ15008-015, XJ15008-016, XJ15008-018, XJ15008- 019, XJ15008-020. All data has been reported.
Semivolatiles Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside control limits: XJ15008-012. Re-extraction and re-analysis was performed with concurring results. The original analysis has been reported.
The MS/MSD associated with sample XJ15008-006 had compounds recovered outside of the acceptance limits. The LCS was recovered within the required acceptance limits; therefore, this demonstrates a matrix effect and data quality is not impacted.
Anions The method blank associated with batch 58616 had Nitrate detected at a concentration that was above the MDL but below the PQL. All samples associated with this method blank that have detections for Nitrate have been flagged with a "B”.
The laboratory control sample (LCS) for analytical batch 58620 exceeded acceptance criteria for the following analyte: Nitrite. The analyte was biased high and were not detected in the samples affected:
XJ15008-003, XJ15008-007, XJ15008-012, XJ15008-013, XJ15008-014.

The following samples were diluted due to the nature of the sample matrix outside of holding time for Nitrate, Sulfate : XJ15008-003, XJ15008-007. All data has been reported.
Dissolved Gases The method blank associated with batches 58394, 58581, 60512, 60577 had Methane detected at a concentration that was above the MDL but below the PQL. All samples associated with this method blank that have detections for Methane have been flagged with a "B”.
The following samples required a dilution which was performed outside of the analytical holding time:
XJ15008-003, XJ15008-007. All data has been reported.
