Volatiles The method blank for analytical batches 58168, 58263, 59795 contained analyte: Hexachlorobutadiene greater than the acceptance criteria. The associated samples did not contain detections for the target analyte; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis of samples was not performed. The data has been reported.

The laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 58168 exceeded acceptance criteria for the following analyte: Hexachlorobutadiene. This analyte was biased high and were not detected in the samples affected.

The laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 59795 exceeded acceptance criteria for the following analyte: Dichlorodifluoromethane. This analyte was biased high and were not detected in the samples affected.

The MS/MSD associated with sample XJ13065-003 had compounds recovered outside of the acceptance limits.

The following samples required a dilution which was performed outside of the analytical holding time:

XJ13065-003, XJ13065-010.

Dissolved Gases The method blank associated with batches 58134, 59920 had Methane detected at a concentration that was above the MDL but below the PQL. All samples associated with this method blank that have detections for Methane have been flagged with a "B”.

The following samples required a dilution which was performed outside of the analytical holding time:

XJ13065-001, XJ13065-003, XJ13065-005, XJ13065-006, XJ13065-008.

Semivolatiles Dilutions greater than 5X impact the surrogate recoveries, thus negating their usefulness concerning quality control. The sample results are reported and no corrective action is required.

Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside control limits: XJ13065-003, XJ13065-010.

Evidence of matrix interference is present; therefore, re-extraction and/or re-analysis was not performed.

Nitrate The method blank for analytical batch 57714 contained analyte: Nitrate greater than the acceptance criteria. All samples associated with this method blank that have detections for Nitrate have been flagged with a "B”.

The following samples were analyzed outside of analytical holding time due instrumentation maintenance:

XJ13065-001, XJ13065-003, XJ13065-005, XJ13065-006, XJ13065-007, XJ13065-008, XJ13065-012.

The following samples were reanalyzed for a dilution outside of the analytical holding time: XJ13065-001, XJ13065-003, XJ13065-005, XJ13065-006, XJ13065-007, XJ13065-008, XJ13065-012.
