About this file
This document is a Subcontractors List form with instructions for bidders on a contract opportunity. The instructions require bidders to list all subcontractors who will perform work representing 5% or more of the total bid amount, with only one subcontractor permitted per work item. Upon contract award, the listed subcontractors must be employed to perform their specified work, unless the owner specifically authorizes changes. Failure to provide complete information may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
The form provides a template for bidders to document subcontractor names, their specific work type, and corresponding price. If a bidder does not list any subcontractors, this will be interpreted as an affirmative statement that the bidder intends to complete most of the work using their own workforce. The document emphasizes transparency in subcontractor selection and aims to prevent bidders from gaining an unfair advantage by omitting required information about their proposed work team.
