About this file

The agreement permits the Grantee and its employees, agents, and contractors to access and enter specific premises for the purpose of performing work outlined in Exhibit A3, which consists of unspecified improvements.
The document outlines key responsibilities and protections for both parties. The Grantee is required to protect and indemnify the Grantor against any potential losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their work on the property. The Grantee must also minimize damage to the premises, with the expectation of restoring the property to its original or better condition upon completion of the improvements.
