About this file
This document outlines COVID-19 safety protocols for contractors working at Veterans Affairs facilities. Contractors must provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from the previous three days. They are also subject to daily screening, including temperature checks and questions from the COVID-19 screening tool. Contractors must notify their contracting officer representative if public health measures prevent them from performing their duties. For indefinite delivery contracts already in progress, contractors must comply with these supplemental requirements for any existing or new task orders.
A separate federal contract opportunity involves infrastructure upgrades at the St. Louis Jefferson Barracks VAMC. The solicitation seeks a general contractor to provide electrical upgrades, HVAC work, data center renovations, communication infrastructure installation, physical security improvements, fiber backbone assessment and expansion, and hazardous material abatement across various buildings. The work includes panel replacement, emergency power systems, building management system integration, additional and upgraded outlets, patching and cabling, and exterior and interior construction.
