About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, dated December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4495, Revision 30).
The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in the Georgia counties of Houston and Peach. It provides hourly wage rates across 30 occupational categories encompassing over 200 job classifications, ranging from administrative and clerical occupations (such as Accounting Clerk I at $16.92/hour) to technical occupations (such as Computer Programmers at $23.67-$32.99/hour), mechanics and maintenance workers, health occupations (including Registered Nurses at $28.68-$50.88/hour), and protective service occupations. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), plus an additional $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for qualifying contracts. Employees receive two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after twenty years, along with a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. The determination notes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers with night and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous duty pay differentials (4-8 percent), and uniform allowances ($3.35 weekly or $0.67 daily for maintenance). Any unlisted service occupations must be classified and approved by the U.S. Department of Labor through a Standard Form 1444 conformance process prior to contract performance.
