About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, dated December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4729, Revision 31).
The wage determination applies to service contracts performed in Ohio counties including Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway, and Union. It establishes prevailing wage rates for over 200 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation and mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $11.90 per hour (Carnival Worker) to $48.51 per hour (multiple positions including Flight Instructor, Pilot and Maintenance Test Pilot positions). All occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare at $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 weekly or $962.00 monthly), vacation accrual beginning at two weeks after one year of service, and a minimum of twelve paid holidays annually. Special provisions address computer employees exempt from the determination, air traffic controllers and weather observers receiving night and Sunday pay differentials, an 8 percent hazardous pay differential for ordnance work, a 4 percent differential for lower-hazard ordnance proximity work, and uniform allowance requirements. The determination references the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations (Fifth Edition, Revision 1, dated September 2015) for job duty descriptions and includes a conformance process for unlisted occupations requiring Standard Form 1444 submission to the Department of Labor.
