About this file

This is a Department of Defense (DoD) technical specification for the All Range Tactical Clothing (ARTC) Soft Shell Trouser, Style# AR-ETP-25-103, designed for combat utility in cold weather environments. The unisex trouser is available in alpha sizes from XXS to 4XL and features a wind-resistant soft shell design with multiple specialized materials and construction details.

Key technical specifications include a camouflage (Army OCP Print) color scheme, constructed using Nylon/Spandex 4-way stretch woven fabric, 330D Nylon reinforcement panels, and lightweight non-fusible interlining. The trousers incorporate advanced design elements like an inseam gusset, knee darts, cargo pockets, suspender attachments, adjustable waistband, and low-leg zipper vents. The construction emphasizes durability and functionality, with specific requirements for stitching, seam allowances, bartacks, and material properties. Dimensional stability, toxicity testing, and color matching are also specified, with detailed grade rules for sizing and fit across different body types.
