· The “Applies to” column indicates which RRF vessel type and in which RRF operating status the requirement must be maintained as current. Full Operating Status (FOS) training certifications must be met within 24 hours of when the vessel is declared “Ready for Tender” to Military Sealift Operational Control (MSC OPCON). These FOS certifications may be achieved while in Reduced Operating Status (ROS) as the most efficient means of maintaining FOS readiness.
· The “Personnel” column indicates the minimum crew requirement.
· The “Frequency” and “Duration” indicate RRF minimum requirements for the qualification process. The frequency may be further increased in special cases (example; Safety Stand-Down, Special Mission preparations, etc.).
· The “Source” of the training certification lists the recognized standard that must be met.
