About this file
This file is a project information template for key personnel submissions related to the Southwest 96-inch Water Transmission Pipeline Project in Texas, managed by Project Manager Tracey Long, PE. The template requires bidders to submit a project organization chart identifying proposed key personnel and alternates, including roles for Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Manager, Commissioning Manager, and Safety Manager. Bidders must provide detailed information on all projects completed by their organization within the last five years, including project owner, general description, budget and schedule performance metrics, original contract price, notice to proceed date, change orders, substantial and final completion dates, and key project personnel assignments. The template requires documentation of how time will be allocated among multiple roles if a single individual is fulfilling more than one function, including percentage of time devoted to this project versus other assignments.
The submission must include reference contact information for owner, designer, construction manager, and surety representatives, with listed names indicating approval for contact as references. Bidders are required to disclose any issues or disputes resolved or pending through arbitration, litigation, or dispute review boards, including the number of resolved issues and total amounts involved, as well as pending issues and their associated amounts. The template establishes a comprehensive personnel qualification and project history documentation process to evaluate contractor experience and capability for the water transmission pipeline installation project, which involves approximately 14,300 linear feet of 96-inch steel water pipe and associated appurtenances using open cut and tunneling methods.
