About this file
This is an Acknowledgement of Addenda form for Dallas Water Utilities contracts in Texas. The document provides a template for bidders and contractors to formally acknowledge receipt of up to eight addenda issued for a contract opportunity. Bidders are required to initial each addendum number received, including spaces for Addendum Nos. 1 through 8, and to provide the name of both the submitter and the vendor or contractor. The form serves as documentation that all relevant addendum materials have been received and understood prior to bid submission.
The Southwest 96-inch Water Transmission Pipeline Project, for which this acknowledgement form applies, involves the installation of approximately 14,300 linear feet of 96-inch steel water pipe, 570 linear feet of 78-inch steel water pipe, and 30 linear feet of 54-inch prestressed concrete cylinder water pipe using open cut and tunneling methods. The project also includes cathodic protection systems, electrical and instrumentation work, controls for electrically actuated valves, and site and paving restoration. Plans, specifications, and bid proposal spreadsheets became available on the Bonfire platform at https://dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com/ on Friday, March 13, 2026, prior to 4:00 p.m. Project Manager Tracey Long, PE, is responsible for overseeing this initiative.
