About this opportunity
The City of Phoenix, Arizona is soliciting sealed offers for a five-year lease of one high-volume digital color production press with accessories, with an effective date on or about June 15, 2026. The procurement is available through the City's Procurement Portal, and interested vendors must submit sealed bids by the February 20, 2026 deadline. The primary deliverable is the provision and setup of a leaded digital color production press that meets specified technical requirements and performance standards for high-volume color production capabilities. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to install and maintain the equipment throughout the five-year lease term and comply with all Phoenix City Code requirements, including execution and recording by the City Clerk's department. The lease agreement will automatically terminate upon the expiration of the five-year term, including any extensions exercised, or upon termination pursuant to the agreement's provisions, whichever occurs earliest. Vendors should direct technical questions regarding the procurement portal to procurement-support@opengov.com, while other solicitation-related inquiries should be directed to the listed procurement officer.
The solicitation documents include several compliance and certification requirements, including FTA Federal Certifications, SAP OCI documentation, and supplemental terms and conditions applicable to City of Phoenix agreements. While specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are not explicitly detailed in the provided information, vendors must complete and submit all required addendum forms and certifications as part of their sealed offer. The available attachments reference airport-related supplemental terms and conditions along with sensitive security information acknowledgment forms, suggesting potential integration with existing City infrastructure and security protocols. No incumbent vendor information or current contract values are identified in the posting materials provided. Interested offerors should carefully review all six attached documents, particularly the comprehensive lease specification document (553KB PDF posted January 16, 2026), to understand complete requirements, evaluation criteria, and award terms prior to submission.
