About this file
This document outlines requirements for an As-Built Configuration List to be provided under a federal contract. The As-Built Configuration List must include key product details down to the lowest procured level for all items delivered under the contract, including nomenclature, part numbers, serial numbers, manufacturer and other relevant tracing data. It must also include software details, National Stock Numbers, quantities, Work Breakdown Structure names and other configuration management information.
A separate document provides details for an upcoming federal contract opportunity to procure additional Joint Light Tactical Vehicles. The Joint Program Office plans to release a draft RFP in March 2020 and competitively award a five-year contract with five one-year options for follow-on production of the vehicle family. An industry day with presentations is scheduled for February 24-25, 2020 to provide details on the acquisition approach and technical data package. One-on-one discussion sessions and a static vehicle display will also be held on the 25th. Questions are due by specified dates in February and the agency plans to post answers by April 30, 2020.
