Something that remains on the system in its hazardous form. | Created by examples include engine emissions and concentrated brines created by water purification systems. | Identify reasonably anticipated hazardous wastes generated during normal O&M and emergency situations | A SDS must be provided for each hazardous material. Embed file or provide numbering system that coordinates with separately-provided SDSs. | Describe special training required. For example, refrigerant requires training and license. | Materials triggering requirements include but are not limited to paint waste, used fluids, batteries, refrigerant, cadmium or hex chrome parts and compressed gases. Includes safety precautions or PPE required for safe handling. |
| If CARC is included, PPE would be required for any cutting, grinding, sanding, welding, etc. of any painted surfaces to prevent exposure to hex chrome. | Embed or reference any Requests for Use of Prohibited Materials submitted for this hazardous material. Requests for Use of Prohibited Materials must include trade-off analyses for alternative materials considered. | |||||||||||||||
