About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) modification for Task Order 8-5 under the ETIS III Contract #80GSFC19C0060 at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, covering facility engineering support for Contract Year 5 (October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024). The modification removes two projects from the original SOW - TVAC chamber 239 LN2 line upgrades and Facility 255 fill-line refurbishment and upgrades.
The contractor must provide technical and management staff for facility engineering support across multiple test disciplines including spacecraft magnetic testing, thermal vacuum testing, structural dynamics, electromagnetic interference/compatibility, cleanrooms, and general I&T spaces. The SOW outlines 25 high-value/complex projects including HCC platform design and implementation, RST testing support, cleanroom assemblies in B5, crane refurbishments, and various facility upgrades. Key contractor responsibilities include project management, mechanical/structural/electrical engineering services, NFPA 70E code compliance, equipment operation, maintenance engineering, MAXIMO work order management, and safety oversight. Work will be performed primarily on-site at Goddard Space Flight Center, with monthly status reporting required and additional oversight for projects valued over $100,000.
