About this file

This document is a Project Milestone Schedule and site plan for a federal construction project involving waterfront infrastructure improvements at what appears to be a naval facility.

The project encompasses three primary milestones with specific scope requirements and start dates. Milestone A (Building 242 Below Sea Level Scope) begins at Award + 0 Days and includes construction of an accessory structure, wet well reassembly, associated subgrade work, and pipe slab restoration to permanent operation standards, with underwater construction limited to a one-month outage window. Milestone B (Discharge Line and Building 178 Southeast Corner Scope) also begins at Award + 0 Days and covers discharge line installation, all features affecting access between Building 178 and Building 72 with potential fire access impacts, and fire suppression connections, with outages restricted to the defined route between structures. Milestone C (Discharge Outlet at Building 178 Scope) begins at Award + 730 Days and includes construction of discharge outlet infrastructure and berth cage work contingent upon completion of related project RM23-0024, with a maximum two-month vessel moorings outage allowance. The project requires complete scope work within the defined Period of Performance unless otherwise noted, maintenance of travel routes per Drawing GC100, and coordination of construction activities to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. The site plan identifies five project zones with specific construction areas, building locations, and utility line routing marked with color-coded overlays indicating installation, restoration, and improvement programs.
