About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0013) to a solicitation for the P909 SOF SDVT2 Operations Support Facility project at JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia. The amendment includes multiple modifications and clarifications to the original Request for Proposal (RFP), addressing various technical, design, and pricing details. Key changes include:
The amendment provides responses to numerous Proposer Inquiries (PPIs) covering topics such as building design specifications, room requirements, secure areas, electrical and communications systems, foundation and excavation details, and pricing schedule modifications. Significant updates include clarifications on RF shielding requirements, room adjacencies, demountable partitions, foundation design, and specific technical system specifications. The solicitation remains on track with a bid due date of 10 April 2025, and contractors are instructed to refer to bubble diagrams in the RFP for space layouts and requirements, particularly disregarding a previously issued concept plan that is no longer representative of the final program needs.
