About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for Hurricane Florence Recovery Training and Storage Facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Package 3 consists of renovating and replacing three facilities: the MCCSSS Log Ops School, the II MEF Simulation/Training Center, and the LOGCOM CSP Warehouse. The amendment provides responses to contractor questions, clarifies requirements, and corrects errors in the original solicitation. Key changes include removing a requirement for undercutting and replacing soil, clarifying door sizes and equipment dimensions for a maintenance room, correcting pricing errors in the bid form, and specifying that wetland mitigation will be through off-site mitigation bank credits. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment by the stated deadline. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is the contracting agency.
