FDEP – Hampton Cleaners ERIC_5015 PSI Proposal 0552-446682
March 14, 2025 www.intertek.com/building is required since concentrations dropped to below the PGCTLs in the last monitoring event in an email dated March 14, 2025. Therefore, PSI has not proposed additional PFAS sampling efforts.
PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK
The proposal contained herein consists of conducting annual groundwater monitoring for VOH compounds. Specifically, the proposed scope of work consists of the following subtasks:
1. Project Management
This scope is provided for in the template worksheets and is detailed in Subtask 1.
2. Annual VOH Groundwater Monitoring and Report
a. Mobilization to the site.
b. Collect DTW from up to five (5) available and accessible wells (MW007, MW008, MW009, MW012, and MW019).
c. Collect groundwater samples for VOHs analysis from the following monitoring wells:
i. Three (3) intermediate monitoring wells MW007, MW008, and MW019
d. Submit groundwater samples to a NELAC-approved laboratory for analysis of VOHs via EPA Method 8260.
e. Development of a Groundwater Monitoring Report showing current groundwater elevation maps, current groundwater data, and recommendations, as necessary.
f. The investigative derived waste (IDW) that will be generated during the annual groundwater monitoring is limited to purge water from the monitoring wells which will be containerized in a 55-gallon drum, pending waste characterization, and transported off-site for disposal at an FDEP approved facility.
The deliverable and invoice schedule are presented below and are based on receival of a Task Assignment prior to April 15, 2025. The last groundwater sampling event occurred in April 2023.
