About this file
This pre-bid site visit agenda outlines requirements for a solicitation seeking renovation services for a private patient bed ward at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. The opportunity is set aside exclusively for verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and has an estimated value between $10-20 million. Interested offerors must submit questions by April 4th and final proposals are due April 21st. The work is to be completed within 365 calendar days of notice to proceed and prevailing wage requirements apply. Evaluation criteria include technical approach, experience, past performance, key personnel qualifications, and price, with the non-price factors significantly more important than cost.
