The notice establishes that TSA SPP participants who deploy technologies relevant to DHS's anti-terrorism mission are eligible to apply for block designation status under the Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. §§ 441-444).
