This project is the construction and commissioning of the infrastructure needed for the nationally mandated Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project at the Minneapolis VAMC. Construction and commissioning will be in accordance with the A/E provided final drawing set and associated specifications. A new server room is to be built on the roof, between the north wing of building 5 and the newly built lab. This project will have limited on-site storage for material so off-site storage of material should be planned for. This project has multiple phases for structural/civil work which are critical at the very beginning of the project and will require coordination with the COR. The majority of the work will likely need to be done on "off" hours and weekends.
