2. In drawing sheet C3, the existing “covers” requires to be adjusted to match access road elevation. Can the government provide information as to size, section and existing elevation of electrical manhole covers that needs to be adjusted to match access road elevation?

3. Please confirm that redesigning of the existing manhole is not required to meet traffic rating requirement.

A66: Deferred.

Q76: Part 3 - Chapter 5- Room requirements seem to be missing C102007-Interior Door Hardware.

Please advise and also indicate which rooms require special door hardware such as combination locks card key system.

A76: Provide card key system to all exterior entrances, vaults, electrical and telecom rooms. Refer to C102007 for requirements. Part 3 – Project Program to be revised by a forthcoming amendment. Added in Room Requirements: C102007 Interior Door Hardware: Provide card key system for electrical, telecom, arms vaults interior doors. Refer to RFP Amendment 0003.

Q90: As per RFP Part 3 Chapter 2.4 Appropriate Design, the building design shall comply with MDACS. In other Guam Military projects, compliance to MDACS will require an airwell system for the Generator Building. Based on RFP drawing sheet E3, the Facility will require a minimum rating of 600KW generator. The generator building, for a 600KW generator, with an airwell system will require approx. 621 GSF space. However, RFP Part 3 Chapter 4.1 Space Tabulation indicates a 375 GSF for the Generator Building. Our understanding is that the 375 GSF Generator building does not have an airwell system. Please confirm an airwell system for the generator building is not required.
