About this file
This pre-solicitation notice describes a requirement for hardware production and software support services in support of AN/SPQ-15 Data Distribution Systems. The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command plans to award a five-year C-Type contract seeking firm-fixed-price line items for hardware production, cost-plus-fixed-fee line items for software life cycle support and development, and not separately priced items for deliverables. Competition is designed as a small business set-aside. The solicitation is expected to be available on March 7, 2022 and remain open for 30 days, with award planned for November 2022 and period of performance beginning then. Deliverables include standard data distribution systems, switchboards, decoders, converters and switches from radar sensors to displays, as well as upgrades for existing systems.
