N0017822R2501
Issued by
Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command

About this file

This pre-solicitation synopsis outlines requirements for the AN/SPQ-15 Data Distribution System production contract. The Navy seeks to award a C-type contract to produce hardware including switchboards, decoders, converters, and upgrades for existing AN/SPQ-14 and DDS installations. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on March 7, 2022 and open for 30 days, with award planned for November 2022 and a period of performance start date also of November 2022. The contract will utilize firm-fixed-price CLINs for hardware production, cost-plus-fixed-fee CLINs for software life cycle support and engineering/development, and not separately priced CLINs. This requirement is set aside as a small business opportunity.
