Item includes:

• Branch conduit and wiring from the backbone in cable tray or in the nearest junction box.

• Cables type FG16OR16 if wired through metallic cable tray or conduit, type FS17 if wired through

PVC conduit.

• PVC and metallic conduit with a minimum O.D. 20 mm a 16 Ea “FC” Fancoil power-connection: 230V, 1PH+N+G, max

IVb – Lighting system

14. Furnishing and installation of new lighting system control devices and connection points. Installation is intended recessed on walls except on the exterior of the building and inside the mechanical rooms, for which exposed type is requested. In general:

- steel galvanized cable trays are used for backbone pathways above the false ceilings,

- rigid PVC conduits are used above the false ceiling and exposed in wall, if not subjected to damage,

- pliable corrugated PVC conduits are used recessed in walls, slab and ceiling,

- steel galvanized conduits are used on the exterior of the building and in the mechanical rooms.

Item includes:

• Branch conduit and wiring from lighting device box to the cable tray or the nearest junction box.

• Class II support for lighting control mounting.

• For ordinary spaces: plastic plate, smooth, white or other colors as per request of the Contracting

Officer.

• For mechanical spaces and on the exterior of the building: heavy duty plastic box.

15. Furnishing and installation of new interior lighting fixture as shown on the project drawings. The complete features of each kind of fixtures are described in the ANNEX 1 to this document, that contains data sheets of each fixture. IMORTANT: data sheets shown specific products made by specific

• System engineering and programming, with assignment of addresses, development of the software based on the instruction included in the project drawings.

• Development of As Built drawings with the position of each addressed device (lighting fixture, switch, sensor, etc.).

Id - Mechanical Demolitions

3. Remove existing piping, boilers, chimney and pumbling system in the mechanical room, as shown in the drawings, and all other system accessories and fittings and needed to achieve the scope of work.

• Loading and transportation to authorized public dump area of all materials not to be reused, or to other area as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative.

4. Remove existing gas natural system from downstream main pipe (5 bar) to the building included pressure reducer cabinet until to boilers in the mechanical room. Excavation excluded. The main pipe (5 bar) will be remove until to meet the new installation (new position of cabinet gas pressure reducer).

It is included, and all other system accessories and fittings and needed to achieve the scope of work.

Item includes:

• Electrical and mechanical disconnection of equipment;

• Control disconnection of equipment;

• Loading and transportation to authorized public dump area of all materials not to be reused, or to other area as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative.

5. Remove existing gas natural system from pressure reducer cabinet/ boiler room to the kitchen in the breaking room. The pipes and its accessories will be remove until to meet the new installation. It is included, and all other system accessories and fittings and needed to achieve the scope of work.

Unless otherwise indicated in the single items, all items listed below are intended to be furnished and installed, connected and completed with all the accessories necessary to furnish the equipment operating in a perfect manner.

It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to perform installations and furnish materials that conform with Norms, Regulations and Italian Laws.

All materials shall bear the Italian Quality Mark.

All machines, equipment and electric and mechanical components shall conform to the 2006/42/CE of 17 may 2006, D.Lgs. 17/2010 dated 27 january 2010 with "CE" Mark. The civil works necessary to perform the following items are included as well as the scaffolding.

In the items are included also the pressure test (with the final report) for mechanical and plumbing system
