About this file
This is an Exhibit F document outlining Special Terms and Conditions for a state and local contract opportunity with the State of California. The contractor must be licensed to do business in California and is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required by law at their own expense. Failure to maintain required licenses and permits at all times may result in contract termination at the State's discretion. Work is to be performed through individual Statements of Work (WOAs), each spanning no more than thirty calendar days in length.
Payment to the contractor is contingent upon the State's acceptance of the scope of each mutually defined and approved WOA, with invoicing based on accepted work products and deliverables. The total contract price is detailed in Exhibit C: Cost Workbook. Payment for unanticipated tasks through WOAs is structured to correspond with the portion of work accepted by the State, ensuring compensation is directly tied to deliverable completion and state approval rather than time elapsed.
