Work performed during the reporting period;
Work scheduled for the next reporting period;
Problems encountered and resolutions of the problems;
Any schedule updates.
The monthly report shall be provided to the DEP Project Manager with each monthly invoice. For months in which an invoice is not submitted, the report shall be provided to the DEP Project Manager within five (5) business days of the close of each proceeding month. The preparation and submittal of this monthly progress report is at no additional cost to DEP.
Additional Services The Consultant may be requested to provide other professional services related to the Project, as deemed necessary by DEP, based on the availability of funding. Based on DEP’s ability to negotiate a satisfactory price, DEP reserves the right to amend this Task Assignment to include additional services related to the Project’s planning and design, bidding assistance, and construction administration as may become necessary.
Project Construction Documents Under this Task Assignment the Consultant shall prepare preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and cost estimates illustrating all technical components and requirements for the construction of the Project.
