On‐Site Project Review Meeting and data collected from the Infrastructure Review & Assessment. The proposed conceptual site plans will vary in configuration. Up to three conceptual campground layouts will be reviewed. It is anticipated layouts for up to 90 campsites with the following configurations will be provided:

1. 3‐30 RV site campground loops with three ‘Intermediate’ size bathhouses

2. 2‐45 RV site campground loops with two ‘Large’ size bathhouses

3. 2‐30 RV site campground loops, and 15‐30 smaller pop‐up and/or tent sites. Three

‘Intermediate’ size bathhouses or two ‘Large’ size bathhouses can be proposed as requested by the FPS.

Conceptual campground configurations may be mixed and matched at the request of the Florida Park

Service. Conceptual site plans will be based off field review information and other free available information such as LiDAR and aerial imaging.

Upon completion of the conceptual site planning phase, the design team will meet with the Bureau of

Design and Construction to review all three conceptual site plans. The design charrette will provide the opportunity to discuss advantages and disadvantages of each site plan. Upon completion of the design charrette, the preferred site plan will be identified with the understanding that modifications and additional details will be required.

Community Trail Design, LLC (CTD) will develop three (3) high‐level conceptual trail alignments for

Florida Caverns State Park in and around the proposed campground. This will include remotely developing three (3) digital cartographic map sets featuring illustrations of the development site, terrain and topography, aerial imagery and conceptual trail alignments with annotations, legends, and labeling.

Trailheads for the mountain bike alignment will be reviewed, including proximity and ease to which proposed campers can access the trail.
