FELSI will delineate the wetlands within the project area based upon State and Federal guidelines. The wetland line will be flagged using numbered flagging tape marked with ‘Wetland Delineation’. Wetland points or locations will be collected concurrent with the fieldwork using GPS. A general and protected species survey will also be conducted in conjunction with the fieldwork and GPS used to locate any observed environmental features.

A submerged grasses and shoreline vegetation survey in the vicinity of the seawall will also be completed, as this will likely be required for permitting.

A narrative report will be prepared in a format acceptable for review by Hernando County and for use in federal or state environmental planning and permitting as needed. The report will include descriptions of wetlands, vegetative community types, protected species, survey methodology, and any significant natural features. An aerial map depicting the features will also be included in the report.
