RE: CN214‐TA41: TACO#1

Caladesi Island State Park Marina & Shop Repairs

Dear Ms. Carron:

For your review, George & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc. has prepared a Task

Assignment Change Order #1, for the Caladesi Island State Park Marina and Shop Repairs

Project. Upon conducting the on‐site review, G&A observed gopher tortoises and burrows within the project area. Park staff also provided information of known gopher tortoise locations.

It was determined that a gopher tortoise survey would be necessary to provide accurate and thorough design documents for this project. Our office has obtained a fee proposal from CPH, LLC. to complete the gopher tortoise survey.

Please review the attached Proposal Summary and deliverables.

Sincerely, Robert George, P.E.

George & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc.
