About this file
This is an Equipment List attachment submitted by Precision Sweeping Services for solicitation BPM006937 with the State of Arizona Department of Transportation for mechanical street sweeping services in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. The equipment inventory demonstrates the contractor's existing fleet capacity and proposed acquisitions necessary to perform the contract services. The contractor currently owns twenty-three pieces of operational equipment, including nine Elgin Road Wizard sweepers mounted on Sterling and Freightliner chassis ranging from 2000 to 2007 models, three Elgin Broom Bear sweepers on 2012-2016 Freightliner platforms, one Wayne Gladiator broom from 2015, two Global brooms acquired in 2025, support vehicles including mobile service trucks and debris dump trucks, and equipment for field operations such as a Case tractor and Bobcat skid steer loader. The contractor proposes to acquire five truck-mounted attenuator trucks meeting MASH TL3 testing standards on Freightliner International heavy-duty platforms and seven trailer-based MASH TL3 compliant attenuators (Gregory Highway TTMA-200 models) contingent upon contract award.
The contractor has established comprehensive contingency protocols to address equipment repairs and shortages, including internal shop capabilities with three mobile service trucks equipped with tools and compressors, partnerships with two local mobile tire companies for field tire replacement, and established relationships with four external equipment rental providers based in the Phoenix area: Haaker Equipment, H&E Equipment Services, Sunbelt Rentals, and United Rentals for supplemental sweeper and attenuator equipment availability. This multi-layered approach to equipment maintenance and contingency support indicates the contractor's commitment to sustained service delivery without operational interruption due to unexpected equipment downtime or fleet insufficiencies.
